Campaign Builder

Structured campaign creation and response collection for teams that need questions, documents, tasks, and access rules in one place. Suitable for research, feedback, onboarding, coordination, or public information gathering—without treating the builder as a generic anonymous form dump.

When structured campaigns beat ad-hoc forms

Campaigns mix narrative context with questions. The page positions question cards (up to 30 per campaign in the published spec) so you can group topics, reorder cards, and align typography—preserving clarity for respondents.

Publish path

01

Set questions and supporting copy.

02

Design cards—layout, ordering, formatting.

03

Submit with access rules (passwords, subscriber caps, result timing).

After publishing you can apply controls such as password protection, when results become visible, or subscriber limits—per the existing specifications list.

Capabilities

Collection

Questions & answers

Share question sets; gather structured responses for review or export.

Assets

Documents & tasks

Attach supporting files and assign task cards that guide participants.

Visibility

Public or private

Public links for open collection; private flows with passwords, caps, or invitations.

Builder tools

Layout & export

Reorder cards, export PDFs, capture card screenshots, align typography, preview at multiple breakpoints—exactly as described in “Builder specifications.”

Campaign settings referenced onsite

Goal definition, subscriber maximums, optional passwords, result timing (on submission vs after completion), availability windows, default intro/answer cards, up to 30 question pages, and custom explanatory text.

Sharing modes

Invite links (including password-protected public links) and PDF presentations for offline distribution—acknowledging the copy’s note that sharing options stay intentionally limited for integrity.

Conceptual placement

Conceptual stack only—layers describe how Ionloop pages are organized, not a live system topology. Specific flows depend on the module and your account configuration.

Modes vs outcomes

Mode Best when… Controls (from copy)
Public Open surveys or broad feedback Invite links; optional passwords
Private Internal or invited audiences Passwords, caps, direct invitations
Builder Presentation-quality layouts PDF export, screenshots, typography controls
