    Campaign Types

    Campaign Builder supports two primary campaign visibility modes:

    Public Campaigns
    Accessible to anyone with a valid invite link, suitable for surveys, feedback, or open data collection.

    Private Campaigns
    Restricted campaigns protected by access controls such as passwords, participant limits, or direct invitations.

    Each campaign can be configured independently to match its intended audience and purpose.

    Campaign Design Philosophy

    Campaigns are built using question cards, which allow you to combine informational content and multiple questions within a single card. This structure improves clarity, reduces form fatigue, and allows for logical grouping of related topics.

    Key design principles include:

    • Up to 30 customizable question cards per campaign

    • Cards can be reordered at any time

    • Questions can be added, removed, or modified dynamically

    • Each card can contain both descriptive content and multiple questions

    This approach allows you to fully control how information is presented and how participants interact with your campaign.

    How It Works

    Launching a campaign follows a clear three-stage workflow:

    1. Set Questions
    Define the questions, inputs, and descriptive content required to achieve your campaign goal.

    2. Design Cards
    Organize questions into cards, adjust layout and formatting, and control how information is presented.

    3. Submit Campaign
    Finalize settings, review access rules, and publish the campaign for distribution.

    Once published, additional options can be applied—such as password protection, result visibility timing, or subscriber limits.

    Sharing Campaigns

    Campaign Builder provides controlled sharing mechanisms to ensure campaign integrity and data quality. While sharing options are intentionally limited to maintain security and reliability, all methods meet minimum requirements for accessibility and controlled distribution.

    Available sharing options include:

    Invite Links
    Share secure links directly with participants. Campaigns can be public and also password protected.

    PDF Presentations
    Export campaigns into PDF format for offline sharing, review, or documentation purposes.

    • Result release timing ( on submission or after campaign completion )
