SHAREHOLDER ID is not totaly independent

Many of our products depend on Binance and TradingWiew services. We have develop some technic to protect your account from technical and suspicious difficulties. We take control of your account activies if one of these cases heppends.

How we handle Binance & Tradingview traffic ?

If we update our products or external products trigger technical maintainance call, we suspend automation services from being triggered without execution. Users have access to control if product is re-enabled after technical difficulties or notified on where this sitation is going.

Can my signals be dublicated ?

No this can't heppen. When we communicate with our services, we make sure we can trust the source. It means we manage our own static list of information about services we trust. No other source can try to access what you own without your permission. But you still have option to trigger it manually with your own account. You can control witch device or network address is authorized and witch needs to be confirmed by you. You can only merge Binance account in a case if you link our IP address to verify API key source.

Can my diagrams be stolen ?

No this can't heppen. When you export your diagram to your computer, we make sure no one can access it by encrypting all the information it holds. If you choose to share it with invitation bridge, image of the diagram is only accessable from your account. Encryption keys does not have other use of services.

Can someone send transaction from "outside" ?

No. The network is based on "trust the source" methods, every device or address needs to verified by you before its sent. We don't use gateway services or other API's to access your information. Don't trust the sources witch require your personal SHAREHOLDER ID information.

How electicity outage is handled or other technical issues ?

If our service is not reachable or we missed some important information that affects binance traffic or any other associated with platform. We turn on our system as we do. Once we are live, you will recieve notification about issue we handled and you will have to enable services where automation is included by yourself. You have a choice to auto enable after tecnical issues are solved or re-enable manually. We do care, about giving you all the information that affects your account.
